The easiest CBD format we make. 20 mg per ring-shape gummy, 10 gummies per pack. Each gummy is a known dose — no dropper-counting, no oily aftertaste, no learning curve.
Schedule-0 compliant under SA Gazette 43347: 20 mg per dose + 200 mg per pack = under the OTC daily-dose threshold. No prescription needed.

Edibles take longer to kick in because they pass through your stomach + liver before reaching the bloodstream. The upside is longer + smoother effect curve, no peaks or crashes.
First-time user: 1 gummy (20 mg) in the evening, with light food. Wait the full 2 hours before considering more. Most users don't need more.
Established user: 1 gummy maintenance dose, daily. If you find 1 isn't enough after 2 weeks, consider 2 gummies — but be aware that puts you past the 20 mg/day Schedule-0 daily-dose recommendation. For higher daily intake, talk to Docto24 about Section-21 evaluation.
Splitting a gummy: cut clean with a knife. Halves give you a 10 mg micro-dose option — useful for very-light dosing or for sharing with a partner who's CBD-curious but cautious.
Cool, dry, dark — same as chocolate. Original resealable pack prevents sticking + maintains potency. Refrigeration is optional, not required.
