Getting your order

  • How long does delivery take?
    Non-prescription items ship within 24h and arrive in 1–3 business days via courier. Prescription items follow the clinical-review timeline first, then ship within the same 1–3 day window.
  • Do you ship nationwide?
    Yes, anywhere in South Africa via The Courier Guy, Aramex, or Fastway depending on your province.
  • Is delivery free?
    Free on qualifying orders over R500. Otherwise delivery is calculated at checkout based on destination and weight.

Legal & Section 21

Cannabis products

  • Is this legal in South Africa?
    Yes. CBD and hemp products sold here are legal consumer goods. Prescription (Rx) and Section 21 cannabis products are dispatched only after a HPCSA-registered practitioner has reviewed your case and, where required, SAHPRA has authorised the Section 21 application.
  • What is a Section 21 product?
    SAHPRA Section 21 allows patient-specific authorisation of medicines not yet registered in South Africa. Medical cannabis products are dispensed under this pathway. Each authorisation is patient-specific and valid for 6 months.
  • Why do I need to complete a clinical screening for Rx items?
    The Medicines and Related Substances Act (101 of 1965) requires that Schedule 5, 6 and Section 21 medicines are dispensed after a clinical assessment. A HPCSA-registered reviewer screens every Rx order before we release it for dispatch. See our Terms and Privacy notice.

Payment & refunds

Money matters

  • How can I pay?
    Card or Instant EFT via PayFast, or manual bank transfer (EFT) with a reference we issue. Cash on delivery is also supported in some regions.
  • What happens if my Rx order is declined?
    If the reviewing practitioner declines a Rx item, you receive a full refund for that item within 5 business days. Non-Rx items in the same order are still dispatched.
  • Can I return a product?
    Unopened non-prescription items can be returned within 7 days. Prescription items, once dispensed, are non-returnable for health and safety reasons unless defective or incorrectly dispensed.

  • Do I need an account to buy?
    Yes — we need your details for delivery and (for Rx items) for clinical screening. Account creation is a magic-link email sign-in, no password.
  • How do I check my order status?
    Go to your orders and click any order for the current status, payment confirmation, and delivery info.
