We are a South African private operator. Where the law compels us to disclose personal information about a customer — under Section 205 of the Criminal Procedure Act, a Hawks search warrant, a SAHPRA inspection notice, or an equivalent order — we comply. This page is a public count of every such request we have received. Numbers are updated live from our database every time this page is loaded.

WHAT THIS MEANS
- Minimal retention. We purge identifying checkout metadata (signature, IP hash, device fingerprint) from fulfilled orders within 30 days. What we don't have, we can't be compelled to disclose.
- Subject notice. When we disclose your data and no gag order applies, we email you so you can consult your own attorney.
- Tamper-evident audit. Every admin action is hash-chained; retrospective edits are detectable by a public- style validator we run internally.
- Take-down protocol. Under ECTA §77 we provide a structured complaint path at /legal/takedown-request and act within 48 hours.
